A.M. Wellness Therapy is a boutique couselling clinic offering compassionate, evidence-based mental health services in English and French. Our team provides in-person therapy in Fredericton, New Brunswick and virtual therapy across both New Brunswick and Ontario. We support children, teens, adults, couples, and families with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, grief, stress, relationship challenges, burnout, and life transitions.

Our clinicans use effective, reserach- supported approaches such as EMDR Therapy, Accerlerated Resolution Therapy (ART) Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), CBT-I for insomina, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, Prolonged Expsure Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, DBT, Mindfulness-based strategies, and strenghts-based counselling. We also offer pet-loss grief support, NADA protcol ear Acupuncture (Angela), and behavioural support for children and teens.
